Integral to the mission at GTCC, the Center for Creative and Performing Arts is committed to developing students and fostering collaboration within the High Point community; working closely with the High Point Theatre, High Point Area Arts Council, High Point Community Theatre and other arts partners throughout the City of High Point. Campus facilities include: a two-story, 11,705 square-foot, modified black box stage and theater with seating for 82 (GTCC Blackbox), a major concert-production studio with seating for 180 (Building H4, Room 022), and an outdoor amphitheater accommodating 550. Events At GTCC There’s always something going on at GTCC. Our talented students are constantly showcasing their abilities in on-campus performances, and we often host professional musicians and theatrical troupes.
